All Captured Media remains the intellectual property of Viral Media Vision. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use media for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
We do not provide editing project files or internal workflows. Raw footage may be supplied upon request for an additional fee, provided as captured with no editing included.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring venue access, and providing suitable working conditions. All time on site is chargeable, including setup and delays.
All payments are non-refundable. No transfers or credits will be issued. Client-related issues do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
By making payment, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, you agree to them in full, and payment forms a binding contract between you and Viral Media Vision.
